Frequently asked questions

  • Yes, for kids classes you will be invoiced per term this can be paid in two installments. For adults classes we have a 10 class pack which brings your classes down to $20 per class, or if you attend three classes per week $18 per class.

  • After a free trial class, what’s the next steps of enrolment? We will direct you to creating an account on our website, fill out an enrollment form. Following this we will send you a Welcome email, it will include your term fee invoice.

  • One to two times per month - keep an eye out for a notification, email or post when we share the dates. If you would like to register to be informed please remember to subscribe!

  • No, we welcome everyone, and we lead with mindful movement practices that are accessible for everyone. We focus on natural flow and function of movement whilst focusing on contemporary dance technique.

  • No, no prior dance training is required, just an openness to explore mind-body practices and self-exploration. We include in the workshops, approaches to help increase self-awareness, presence, and reconnection with ourselves and our bodies.

  • Yes, we ask that you stay in the waitroom as it’s important your child knows you are close by and can come and check should they be anxious.

  • You can let your child know that they will be visiting a place with a special room for dance and arts, where they will meet [Therapist’s Name]. If your child asks why they’re going there, you adjust this based on your child's situation. You might say something like, “When things are tough at school, at home, or with friends, it can be helpful to have a special space to create art, play, sing, or dance.
