WHAT OUR PEOPLE
ARE SAYING

Dancers celebrating the end of their show and clap to audience

"I thoroughly enjoyed the dance movement therapy workshop led by Steph and Esperanza. Their guidance helped me become more attuned to my body, allowing me to acknowledge and express emotions that are often buried or ignored. The art session was particularly fun and insightful, providing a creative outlet for self-exploration. It was a wonderful way to spend a Sunday morning! I highly recommend their workshops to anyone looking to explore self-awareness and creativity."

Wei Opie

"Their Dance Movement Therapy workshop was fantastic. I got a glimpse of the intimate relationship of thoughts, feelings and movements. They are truly intertwined.

The combination of movement, art therapy and journaling did magic on me. I felt more aligned and integrated. Tapping into the images and colours associated with the metaphors of the stories behind my internal experiences through movements helped me to pick up and verbalise the subtle yet raw feelings often overlooked. I was able to go much deeper within than any other dance/movement therapies I have attended in the past. Highly recommended to those who love deeper inner work."

Naoko Morita

"I did the intro workshops hosted by Steph and Esperanza last year; loved every moment, and took away a lot that has remained with me ever since - notably somatic movement and a better understanding of it. Would highly recommend."
